The existing flooring was damaged due to a dishwasher leak. In addition, we discovered a center column settlement of 3/4". We installed a self leveler and patching materials to remedy the valleys in the floors. We installed a high quality Core Tec 1/2" laminated floor board in Keystone Pine.
